Time frame and Shipping:
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Custom pieces, and things that are out of stock will be shipped within the parameters of the Creative Contract.
Items are shipped within a box, in a padded envelope. Simple gift packaging is available-please let us know how you would like the card addressed.
Estimated Shipping Times for Finished Items:
Continental USA: 5-7 business days
Anywhere Else: 10-15 business days
USPS First Class Insured is used to ship most items, as most jewelry items are lightweight. We will send a tracking number, via email, directly after shipping. If you would like faster delivery, please indicate on the order.
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, weather, and national events.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible, by law, for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please double check your address. I will ship to the address listed on the order. If you don’t receive your item, and it is marked as delivered by the tracking system, it may be the buyer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipper. If you require me to ship to a different address, please make sure I know this before processing your order.
I love making jewelry and take care with each piece I create and try to accurately represent items in my photos and listing details. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact me within 1 week of your item being delivered. Returns are accepted if the item is in the same condition it was received. Once I receive the item back, I will issue a refund for the original purchase price less shipping. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs unless there is an error on my part. Please contact me with any questions.
If the package is damaged in shipment-PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS OF ORIGINAL PACKAGING EXACTLY HOW YOU RECEIVED IT. DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE UNTIL YOU DOCUMENT THE DAMAGE. THE POSTAL SERVICE WILL NOT HONOR ANY INSURANCE IF THIS DOCUMENTATION IS NOT COMPLETED.
For your protection, I recommend that you choose a trackable shipping method to ensure the safety of your shipment. I am not responsible for lost packages.
Shipping Items Back To Us: We request you take the utmost care in returning items to us.
Please use as much packing material is necessary to secure the item so it does not shift around in the package.
ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL:
No returns or refunds are available after shipment and all deposits are non-refundable. With every custom order, the Buyer has at least THREE times to approve or deny the custom concept to guarantee satisfaction.
Damage and Repairs:
If any damage occurs to any item(s) within 30 Days of Purchase, please notify us immediately. Repair work after 30 days from purchase, will need to be assessed on individual basis due to aging, and availability of materials.
Information regarding care of the item and fragility of the materials is provided before purchase, and intended use of custom orders is discussed before creation to ensure both the Buyer and the Creator agree and understand the damage risks involved.
REPAIRS DO NOT INCLUDE REQUESTED CHANGES to any part or material in the item unless deemed necessary.
Each Type of damage is only repairable once. (ex: clasp, chain, stringing).
Damage During Shipment:
If you receive your item and find any damage that might have been caused in the shipment process, please notify us immediately. In an email message to us, you must include clear photos of the damage to the product and package. Please provide the best contact information so we may reply. If we determine that the damage was caused by the shipping process, we will contact the shipping company for refund of shipping costs/insurance. Item would then be qualified for repair, within reason, or refund of purchase price, minus shipping.
Damage After Item(s) Received:
If any damage occurs to any item(s) within 20 Days of purchase, please notify us immediately. In an email message to us you must: include clear photos of the damage, describe how the damage occured, and provide the best contact information for us to reply. We will work up a quote for the repair cost or give reason as to why we’ve declined the request. If repairable, we will provide a timeline for the repair based on our schedule and send an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the item will be repaired and shipped. *repairs may be covered if they fall within our Accidents Happen Policy.
Accidents Happen Policy:
Customer Handling Damage must occur within 20 Days of delivery.
Notification of Shipment Damage must happen within 5 Days of delivery.
At Our Discretion:
With our extensive knowledge of jewelry wear and tear, we will decide if the damage was caused “outside of normal use” and unavailable for repair within this policy. If the damage is repairable under our policy, you are responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us, but no other costs. We will provide a timeline for the repair based on our schedule and ship the item back once complete.
